Arts Therapy - Somatic Practice - Systemic Awareness

I am an HPCSA and PCNS registered arts therapist (MA Dramatherapy WITS) working in private practice in Johannesburg. 

​

I have a special interest in holding space for life transitions (pregnancy, parenthood, birth, death, personal shifts, marriage, divorce) and exploring relationships and intimacy through attachment theory and concepts of belonging. 

​

My practice is trauma informed and I approach my work in a gentle, client-led manner. I work primarily from a psychodynamic (Jungian) frame, and adjust treatment based on the unique needs of each of my clients. 

​

I am also a qualified Expressive Movement Facilitator and Family Constellations Practitioner, adding a strong foundation in somatic practice and systemic awareness to my work.
